Bossier City Harley-Davidson's service department is dedicated to quality maintenance and repairs for our customers' bikes. Our technicians are highly trained and experienced in all areas of Harley-Davidson service. In addition to being excellent all-around motorcycle mechanics, our people have a particular interest in performance and custom work. We pride ourselves on doing the work right -- the first time! Small problems or routine service are likely handled while you wait. Cross- country travelers get priority service so they can continue to enjoy their trip.
Bossier City Harley-Davidson® Service department is dedicated to being the best. No service work is considered routine because we take pride in the work we do.
Our Quality Care Program assures that your motorcycle has been double checked before leaving our facility, which means that when we perform service work, we guarantee the following:
1. a complete explanation of the work to be performed
2. an estimate of the cost involved
3. on time delivery once service is completed and
4. a complimentary removal of all dust and dirt particles so that when you get it back, it is one clean machine!
Another great policy of our Service Department is that if additional work is required outside of the estimate or if the estimated price changes by any significant amount, we will call you immediately to notify you of the changes.
When you pick up your motorcycle we want you to be completely satisfied and that’s why our Service Department is dedicated to excellence and to serving you.
TECHNICIANS: All technicians have completed or are involoved in continuing PHD/Harley- Davidson technical training and are up to date on the latest motorcycle maintenance & repair technology.
MAINTENANCE: Shop facilities are state of the art and contain the latest technological equipment to perform all maintenace routines including oil changes, tire replacements, etc. Service prices vary depending on service provided. Hourly labor rate is $80.00 per hour.
REPAIR: All repairs are completed on a first in-first out conduct. Most repair work can be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
CUSTOMIZATION: All custom work from simple bolt or engine upgrades to wide tire kit installations-are performed by our service staff. We even perform complete chopper builds.
PERFORMANCE: We provide all performance upgrades, from stage one to Big Bore, Stroker or even full race engines.
DYNO METER: We provide Dynometers when needed to tune your SERT/EFT tuner kit or Power Commander. We also use our Dyyno for Diagnostics or if you need to know your top Horsepower number. Dyno charges may vary. Talk to the service writer for details.
